Zapier integration

Use Zapier to trigger an approved automation from a form result.

1. Select Integrations > Zapier and connect the authorized Zapier account.
2. Create or choose a Zap whose trigger is this form’s result.
3. Map only approved fields into downstream actions.
4. Test with non-sensitive data and verify the action executes once, with a documented error owner.
